The Leitenhof as a snow fairy tale farm
In winter, our valley is transformed into a white fairyland. Wonderful winter hiking trails, toboggan runs and snowshoe trails lure you to the door of the Leitenhof. We guide our guests on winter and snowshoe hikes through the snow-covered forests, mountains and valleys.
Rent sledges from us and enjoy the toboggan runs around the farm. Experience alpine pasture visits with the sleigh or the night tobogganing in the moonlight. Visit the enchanting Christmas market in Sterzing from the end of November to the beginning of January.
Ski holidays on the Leitenhof
Around the Leitenhof you will find three well-known ski resorts (Rosskop, Ladurns and Ratschings), none of which is more than 20 kilometres away. They have ski schools and ski hire.
Relaxing winter enjoyment with cross-country skiing
Here in the valley you can experience cross-country skiing on the high-altitude cross-country ski run four kilometres away. The biathlon centre in neighbouring Ridnauntal has excellent cross-country ski runs.

Alone or with a mountain guide, whom we will gladly arrange for you, you can enjoy the untouched winter landscape on ski tours.
