In the morning we welcome you in the saloon with a typical South Tyrolean breakfast. You will enjoy products from the farm and from our well-known neighbours in the valley or on the alp. Freshness, quality and careful selection of our delicacies in the kitchen are guaranteed. Convince yourself and let us spoil you with our farm products. 

Breakfast includes bacon, farm milk, homemade jams, fruit juice and curd cheese spread, warm egg dishes, flower syrup, plums, sun-ripened apricots, herbal tea, homemade pastries and cakes and sometimes homemade farmhouse bread and wholemeal bread. 

We serve freshly ground Mediterranean coffee, fresh butter from the Alm, salami, Sterzinger yoghurt, muesli with nuts, South Tyrolean cheese, fresh fruit and fruit salad and real honey. Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:00 in the living room or in summer on the sunny terrace in the garden. Breakfast thus becomes a small feast for the culinary senses. 

South Tyrolean farmer's marende

We here in South Tyrol work a lot on our farms and so the Marende has become naturalized for the appetite in the afternoon. This meal consists in the tradition of the famous Tyrolean Kaminwurzen, South Tyrolean bacon, butter from the Alm, herb pots, South Tyrolean farmer's bread or Schüttelbrot, hot potatoes and South Tyrolean cheese. 

And there's a wonderful South Tyrolean wine to go with it. Here you can enjoy such a typical farmer's marende every day. Just let us know if you feel like it. 

Barbecues in summer

While barbecuing together on the farm, you can enjoy warm summer evenings in front of the alpine scenery with delicious meat, salads, wine and other delicacies. In summer we occasionally invite you to enjoy grill parties at the Bacherhof. 

Dinner at the neighbouring Bacherhof

If you wish, we can serve you a tasty dinner at the Bacherhof in the evening with light South Tyrolean farmer's cuisine, if you wish with vegetarian dishes or quality beef, pork and lamb. 

A South Tyrolean highlight are the cakes, desserts, pralines and sweets and Austrian-influenced apricot or plum dumplings, apple strudel and Kaiserschmarrn, which we produce in our own Hofpatisserie. 

The meal ends with cheese and an Italian-style coffee. In the high season the offer is daily, otherwise just contact us.
